Lean on the house for a roof rebuild? My father is getting his roof replaced and the roofing company is asking for him to sign a contract along with a lean document which allows them to put a lean on the property if not paid. I get it that they need to get paid and we have all the intention to pay in full however we never came across such thing so my question is, is it legal and save to do it such way? And what is my assuring that after I pay they won’t just add a lean on the property? How do I get that checked that after full payment there is no lean? Please help me understand this. Thank you. 🙏

Kaluz Restaurant

We went for the prime rib and it does not disappoint. It was tender and cooked to perfection. It comes with a generous serving of mashed potatoes. We also ordered a Caesar salad. Both dishes were generous sized and fed two comfortably with a little salad to take home. The cost was a pleasant surprise for such good quality. The meal was well under $100 with a generous pour of wine and a soft drink. We will definitely be back.
